- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the customer will pay a fee if they wait to cancel the servicel 24 hours prior to the service time.they will pay a fee aswell if we reach the place and they are not available.we do make a discount for our first customer.!

our typical process is having the basic information about the new customer needs,and try to treat them with care and benefit to comeback.

actually we use our ten years experience to do everything and we know what we are doing.
