We hired this person and everything was going fine. He was friendly when he came out to meet us and give his quote. We accepted and told him we would like to move forward with the job. At first he said payment was due at the completion of the job and then when we went over the time frames to begin work, which we discussed at the first meeting, things got confusing. He then said he needed half down due to us going on vacation when he would start and finish the job. We had no problem with this. Then he said he wanted to start earlier when we would still be home which again was fine but not what we talked about. He never asked for the type of colors we wanted to paint our house so I had to ask him if I could give him the names. Then the day to start got pushed back because he still needed to finish a previous job. So the following day my husband called him to find out what time he would arrive and what was going on with the money situation. He then stated that he didn't know if we actually lived there and he wanted half the money. We couldn't figure out why he thought we didn't live there as he came to the house to meet us. He couldn't give us an answer why he thought that. He just kept saying he'd be there at 8 in the morning and needed someone to be there. He couldn't give us a straight answer if he and his crew would be there to start at that time if we gave him half down. He couldn't give a straight answer on if we were to buy the paint or if he was going to. I wasn't comfortable giving him half of the money until I knew for sure when I could see that they were actually going to start the job. He was making no sense on the phone so my husband told him we would get back in touch in a few minutes. I then text him, which I have saved, to ask again why he didn't think we lived there. I then said we have no problem giving half down and the rest at completion but I needed a straight answer on when things were going to start. I said we would like confidence in him just like he wants in us. I never said any angry or harsh words to him and neither did my husband. I got no response from him at all. So the next morning, the day before he was to start, I asked if he was still planning on coming and if not he needed to tell me so we could hire someone else. The reply I got was "hire someone else". I then said "ok, but you know I will leave a negative review right?" , because we did nothing to stop the job from being done, it was all him. His response was then " you are threatening me". How is that a threat? He ruined this job for no realistic or logical reason all by himself which of course I will let other future customers know. I am thoroughly shocked and disappointed with my experience with this company. I would absolutely NOT recommend this person.

Had an outdoor covered patio, deck railing and two indoor rooms painted. Matias and his team were very punctual arriving when they said they would. All the work was completed in two days with the team working nearly 12 hours the first day. They are hard working professionals and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
