Ron has completed several projects for me both personally and as a General Contractor over the past 15 years. In a world where integrity is a man's biggest asset, Ron should be considered a leader. When I hire somebody to execute a project no matter large or small, I want people who have high integrity, who are dependable, who pay close attention to detail and return to rectify any mistakes. I would recommend Ron to friends, family and anyone in need of getting a project done right!
Always on time. I was kept informed of progress. Job was completed within the time frame. Nice to work with a contractor that takes pride in their work.
We asked Jon to paint our living room, dining room, kitchen, and two hallways along with all the trim. The results were outstanding. Jon and his crew did a fantastic job at a great price.
James Prather called to confirm, showed up on time, completed the job to perfection, and was very professional. We were on a tight time frame in selling our home and needed the work completed in order to close. He fit us in the next day and stayed until dark to make sure it was done correctly. We would recommend him because he was an honest, hard-working, and fair contractor.
Daniel showed up on time. He was very friendly and helped me decide the best way way to place cabinet knobs and pulls in my kitchen and bathroom. He did a wonderful job. We couldn’t be more pleased.
So glad I finally have a roofer I can trust! I had a great experience with Juan from morales roofing, i was impressed with his honesty and integrity! I had him out for a free estimate on a roof leak of a house i am remodeling, and my interior crew couldn't figure out where it was from. It turned out to be something so small and easy, that he suggested for me to have my crew fix it which saved me money beacaus roofers have a minimum charge for repairs, and i was also very impressed with how polite he was. I would recommend him to anyone needing a roof repair or needing a full roof replacement!
Our experience with John of JD Home Repair and Remodel was FANTASTIC! He gave me a fair price, was at my home when he said he would be and did a GREAT job. My new kitchen back splash looks great. I am so excited about the way my kitchen looks now. He even helped me hang a new light fixture. I would recommend John for any of your home remodeling needs. I intend to use him again for my home remodeling projects. Thanks John for a job well done. I really appreciate it.
Great Experience with these guys! I have dealt with so many contractors over the years and I can definitely say that I think Big Boys is the best in the business. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The work was completed and looks amazing! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for any kind of work to be done on their home.
Zach did a great job! I had him tear out part of my ceiling and replace some plumbing due to a shower leak on the 2nd floor. He then replaced the ceiling drywall and was able to match the pattern on the ceiling to make it look brand new. He was very nice and personable. Zach was able to work around my crazy work schedule and was able to come when I needed him to. He is also very reasonably priced. He charged almost half of what another contractor quoted me. I would definitely recommend hiring Zach.
I had multiple contractors come out. Jamie and Michelle were knowledgeable and open to my ideas. Jamie had an excellent price, and he and Michelle were very professional and easy to work with throughout the process. The deck is BEAUTIFUL, and the attention to detail with sanding the hand railings makes a big different, and let me know the pride he takes in his work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I plan on working with them in the future.
Great company to deal with - particularly like the Chad Pitt (owner), easy to work with, very professional. I had full roof replacement, and repair (painting and drywall) in interior rooms. Work was excellent, with superb quality and timeliness. Very responsive to any of my concerns. Super glad I hired his company, and hope to use them again for any needs in the future. You can't go wrong by using Red Line.
Jeff was awesome, got my kitchen crown moulding, cement stairs re-poured and re-grouted my kitchen tile all in one evening! I needed this work done very soon- he met my timeline, my budget and the worksmanship was on point. Thanks so much Jeff! Would highly recommend!
Sean remodeled 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in a rental I wanted to put on the market. Everything turned out beautifully and really updated the home. The house sold at asking price in less than two weeks! I then had him convert an upstairs loft to a fourth bedroom in another rental and he finished a wasted attic space into an office or game room. He did great work, kept the job on schedule and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am thrilled to have found a contractor that takes care of all the details without having to do anything myself!
Balmer Restoration came out to give me an estimate right away. I'm selling my home and the buyer requested a new roof. Chris helped me determine that there was still life left in the roof and that a new roof wasn't needed at the time. He helped explain why my insurance didn't cover hail damage in the past too. He also told me the pros and cons of trying to repair my roof versus doing a new install. His expertise showed and he even provided written documentation to help rebuff the buyer. Balmer Restoration is a contractor that you can trust!
All the things you’re looking for in a contractor - professional, responsive, reasonably priced, completed work on schedule. Extra points for keeping work space tidy and leaving it as clean as they found it. Great job! Would hire again.
IKEA expert! David and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and all things IKEA and they did a fantastic job assembling and installing our entire IKEA kitchen. We had 15 total IKEA pieces that they installed (cabinets, stove hood, dishwasher) and we could not be happier with the work that they did. Not only was David more affordable (about half of what IKEA quoted us) he was readily available, showed up to work on time, and completed our entire kitchen within 3 days. He has been working with IKEA for many years and his insight on how to organize and build their products was superb. We will be using him for other projects around the house and we highly recommend him and his crew if you are planning a kitchen remodel!
Amazing job with our kitchen backsplash! Would highly recommend him!
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the results of our kitchen and bath remodel that Richard and his helper Billy completed in our home. In the bathroom, a new, tiled full shower with a glass partition and door, tile on the floor, a new vanity with a quartz top and all associated plumbing was magnificently done by Richard. All drywall, cieling replastering and painting was done also. In the kitchen and dining area, entryway, and utility room, the floor was taken down to subfloor and all new tile was installed. This included the removal of the water softener and hot water heater before tiling. Tile base board was fixed in place where visible as well. In the dining area, as Richard took up the flooring, he discovered water damage to the floor that reached floor joists and band board immediately beneath a defective patio door to outside. As soon as I ordered a new patio entry door, Richard very happily removed the old door, repaired and replaced and reinstalled rotten band board, joists and subflooring beneath the door. With this solid structure restored, Richard then installed the new patio door, along with outside trim flashing and sheet metal. Once this was resolved, Richard went back to finishing tile installation in our kitchen, with tile base board, in our laundry closet and pantry. Richard even wired in a new light fixture in our pantry. Richard then installed our new cabinets, including an island, completely replumbed the kitchen for a relocated sink and dishwasher hookup, and rewired our former has stove area to take an electric stove, preserving the gas service to boot. The kitchen was also extensively rewired for many more and newer lighting fixtures, including a nifty rope light system under the upper cabinets! Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the results of our kitchen and bath remodel that Richard and his helper Billy completed. As a machinist by trade, I recognize and appreciate Richard's dedication to his craftsmanship and also Richard's personal commitment to excellence in practicing his trade as a master carpenter. Richard handled a wide array of added on work and necessary repair work that raised its ugly head during the course of this project with patience and easy confidence. Anyone considering Richard's services should feel the the same maximum degree of confidence and respect for his abilities that my wife and I feel towards Richard and his helper Billy. I recommend Richard to the highest degree possible to anyone considering his services. I thank you, Richard for your hard work and outstanding craftsmanship in our project.
Jim has completed several projects for me in a timely manner with quality work and at a great price - Installed new kitchen sink with faucet, new water heater, rescreened several window screens and various other things around the house.
We live in a 130 year old Victorian home. Our kitchen was a catastrophe. The cabinets were at least 60 years old and were cheap press board. We had painted over them before in an attempt to refresh their overall look, but to no avail. We were missing drawers, had some drawers held on by duct tape, and cabinet shelves that were completely warped from a leaky roof. None of us are builders and when we started looking into the possibility of doing the work ourselves realized we were out of our league. My wife was frustrated because she wasn't exactly sure how to pick out cabinets and what would fit and look nice. Neither our floor nor ceiling are level, which would have made the process a further nightmare. Dave was the answer to our prayers. He was everything we needed. He came to our house multiple times to measure and remeasure. He sat down and talked to us for hours and designed an absolutely stunning kitchen, more elegant, practical, and beautiful than anything we thought possible. This man is a true artist and what he offers is quality, Amish built, custom cabinets. He listens. He works with his customers and I feel does his absolute best for them. This was not a quick process. We worked together for a little over 2 months, but now have cabinets that are durable as well as beautiful. Our family is absolutely thrilled with his work, and the work of his very professional, courteous, hard working, efficient installer.
Wow! This guy knows his stuff. He put our kitchen together in 3 days and it looks great. Couldn't be better. Kiko is layed back and at the same time gets everything done. He is meticulous and does not settle for just ok. Believe it or not there is a lot of wood cutting that is involved and he did it right the first time. I would refer him to anyone installing an IKEA kitchen. He is truly an IKEA specialist He travels to all states, I'm in Louisville, KY,. If you are wanting an IKEA kitchen installed I think you would be happy with Kiko's work.
