- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing will include labor, material, fees my third parties + taxes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, we like to understand and listen throughly what the customer needs and wants are. Second, we put a quote together and an idea how long the project would take in order to get it done. Third, we simply deliver in a timely fashion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience in customer service, hands on experience and proof that we are capable to do what we are hire for.
