- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always taking CEU classes to stay educated on the newest techniques in the health and wellness field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I used to do medical billing and coding for 5 years. I couldn't look at all the people's sick charts knowing that I wasn't doing anything to help. I decided then and there to quit on faith and get certified for personal training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Grocery shopping tours to train clients on how to meal plan then shop only for what is on their meal plan list. I train clients with fit balls, medicine balls, strength and resistance bands and body resistance exercises. I specialize in massage and positive mentorship and life coaching
