- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) Pricing varies depending on type job/service and distance. 2) We do charge a nonrefundable deposit (which is part of your payment, towards your bill total after services are rendered. This is NOT a separate charge. This is to ensure your appointment is locked in and your appointment is guaranteed. **We do understand life happens! If you experience circumstances beyond your control and you must unfortunately but understandably cancel your appointment, we will require a 24 to 48 hour cancelation notice. This will possibly make you eligible for a refund of your deposit, it just depends on the situation. 3) Discounts vary on current promotions or deals. **We do offer a 10% off discount to customers who refer us and the referred customer pays for one of our services!** (You may not receive more than 1 referral discount for the same customer, which you have already referred to us and received a discount for.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is: 1) The customer calls (make sure to press 1) or emails Ladds Logistics. The main office will then answer promptly. 2) They will go over pricing, availability, set up your customer profile for billing, collections your nonrefundable deposit (which is part of your payment towards your bill total. This is NOT a separate charge. This is to ensure your appointment is locked in and your appointment is guaranteed). 3) You will then receive an email or text message or by mail (whichever you prefer) a confirmation/receipt for deposit/service(s), we will lastly book you an appointment, and more importantly, answer any questions or concerns you may have. 4) Don't worry about long wait times! (We will never make our customers wait long periods of time for our team to answer your call, like most other businesses do) We are always available to provide you prompt assistance! (In very rare circumstances, if the customer will need to leave a voicemail, we will always contact you within the same business day. With the exception of peak season, however, we will always contact you within 24hrs regardless!) 5) We will then come out to render the services as soon as you're ready and collect the rest of your payment. **We even provide same day if available and emergency moving services! (We go on a first come first serve basis. We understand emergency moves or situations happen, and we will be there for you anytime you need us!)**
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1) Our main office team member, is not only a senior level in her career but she also has an Associates of Science in Business degree, from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has well over 7 years of experience in accounting and is an expert in all aspects of running a successful business! 2) Our hard working movers are required to have previous moving training/experience, a clear background check and a good/clear driving record to work for Ladds Logistics LLC. 3) We provide quarterly training on safety, handling, customer service, etc etc. This is to confirm our team's understanding, by staying on top of their fantastic customer service skills, important safety procedures/precautions and how to properly provide moving services to, etc. We belive in working as a team to perform the best services around! **With our strict policies and our team of professional movers practicing and learning important safety precautions and given professional training, enables our team to handle your property with the top most care and within the safest hands around!**
