- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an art student in college. I needed a summer job and had an uncle that owned a painting company. He gave me a job and I found out that my artistic skills made me a natural. Years later, after working for some of the best custom residential and commercial painting companies in the state, I started my own painting company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my work comes from loyal repeat customers and referrals. Most commonly our projects are high end custom remodeling projects where the homeowner has just purchased a home or is getting it ready to put on the market for sale or to be rented out . Of course we also do small projects taking care of those projects best left to professionals such as stairways, tall ceilings and two story foyers. We also do a lot of drywall repair projects and wood staining.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references and photos samples of work.
