- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on what is required for the ceremony. If its just a short ceremony without a bridal party, if I have to attend a rehearsal and the ceremony, the travel time, if I have to help with planning the ceremony, if referrals for services are requested, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important that you know all the particulars. The date and time of the event; what services are needed, i.e. ceremony only, or rehearsal and ceremony. 30-45 days prior to the event is sufficient time to place your request. It is not likely that a professional will make a commitment several months beforehand.
