- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am CONSTANTLY reading and talking with other trainers and leaders in out industry. This field is changing constantly and needs to be kept up on. I am always looking for the next certification as well!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was living with a buddy who had never worked out before right after high school. I was working full time and let my personal workouts slack. So, I bought him a 6 month membership at the gym and had him go. He lost nearly 80lbs in that 6 months and I was hooked from then on! I knew my path was personal training!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Its not all just training. I write workouts, nutritional plans, and even do in a lack of better works counsel for them.
