- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't give complicated pricing systems. I am honest and up front with all potential customers before beginning work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing Code books, Plumbing Code books, Plumbing Code books !!!! Yes !!! All Licensed Journeyman Plumbers, like myself, spent 4-5 years in school before taking a test for their licenses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always worked in the construction trades doing new construction, remodeling and service however plumbing challenges me the most and at the time of starting a plumbing carreer in the early 90's, I was a laid off roofer for the winter for the third year in a row.
