I needed a new nozzle for my bath tub replaced he came same day had it replaced in under 20 minutes, he was friendly and affordable , literally the best service I've gotten out of a plumbing service since purchasing my home in 2016 , I definitely give him 5 stars across the board he was amazing and amazingly fast as well .

Had an ongoing plumbing issue at my house. Contacted several companies (including Southwood). Dustin made arrangements to come out on a Sunday!! to look at and address my issue. He gave me a few suggestions about how to fix the plumbing or replace damaged pipes. The other companies only recommended just repairing the pipe. Dustin recommended replacing the damaged pipe to avoid any future issues. Long story short lingering water issue was fixed rapidly and quickly. Highly recommend his knowledge, professionalism, work quality and punctuality. Hire him without hesitation!
