- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a home seller, we will set an in-home appointment to gather information on your home. We will gather information on updates, repairs, make any recommendations for a quick sale at the highest net possible to our clients. Ask about our 3 day hold back, that in this market is netting out clients up to 10% more than traditional marketing. As a homebuyer, we will schedule an in-office consultation to go over your particular wants and needs as a buyer. We have mortgage consultants on hand that can assist with finding the best possible loan option for your current situation. Our experts will gather the data necessary to find you the perfect home in your desired area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our agents are full time. Indy Home Pros Team does not hire part-time professionals. Each associate has over 90 hours of pre-licensing coursework along with 12 hours of continuing education that is required by the state. Each of our associates attends in-office training every two weeks.
