Where do I even begin? From the moment that my husband and I first met Josh Latham, we were at ease. This man is a man of grit, hard work, excellent communication, sincerity, compassion and a true love for what he does. He told us from the get go that he would always have our back and that he would make it a fun process. The man didn't lie! We all know the process of buying and selling a house is stressful. Never once did we feel stressed. He calmed our nerves, led us in the right direction and got us the house of our dreams. His personality was the perfect match for ours. We found a new friend in him and for that, I am forever thankful. It doesn't get any better than this man! My husband and I feel so blessed knowing he helped us through this journey. We cannot emphasize enough what a positive impact Carol Holden had on our buying experience. As first-time home buyers, Carol's expertise and guidance was invaluable and made all the difference for us. She went out of her way to teach us as we moved through the process and took time to explain various concepts based on her own personal experience in the field. She made herself available over text, email, and in person to answer any question, both big and small, and always gave us clear and honest answers. Carol found and took us to SO many homes and was flexible and prompt which made scheduling a breeze. It was truly a pleasure to work with Carol and I would highly recommend her based on her patience, expertise, and overall professionalism as she exceeded our expectations.

Eric helped my husband and I find a house before our move to Indianapolis. Neither of us know anything about the area, and he spent all day showing us around the city and telling us about different neighborhoods as we looked at 20 (!) houses. He then showed us around more the next day, on a holiday, to show us a few more. He was able to tell us how to negotiate confidently and get a price we were comfortable with. Throughout the process from the time the offer was accepted to closing, he stayed on the seller's team to get the work done that was holding up our closing and made sure we were protected with issues the house had. We wouldn't have been able to find our dream home without Eric, we can't recommend him enough!!

Our professional services and fees are negotiable. Each client has a different set of needs and services. Reach out to us today to discuss a free in-home valuation and estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a home seller, we will set an in-home appointment to gather information on your home. We will gather information on updates, repairs, make any recommendations for a quick sale at the highest net possible to our clients. Ask about our 3 day hold back, that in this market is netting out clients up to 10% more than traditional marketing. As a homebuyer, we will schedule an in-office consultation to go over your particular wants and needs as a buyer. We have mortgage consultants on hand that can assist with finding the best possible loan option for your current situation. Our experts will gather the data necessary to find you the perfect home in your desired area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our agents are full time. Indy Home Pros Team does not hire part-time professionals. Each associate has over 90 hours of pre-licensing coursework along with 12 hours of continuing education that is required by the state. Each of our associates attends in-office training every two weeks.
