See picture for the before and after. Only one picture you can see? That is because this guy never showed up to do the work. It's been 2 months. He claims he had a death in the family but his facebook page is constantly updated with before/after pictures of jobs they recently did. Some people might call this guy a liar. Some might call this guy irresponsible. I have been leaving voice mails for him at least 3 times a week. Emailed daily. No response. We do apologize for any communication gaps, which we will take responsibility for and work on our part in the future. In regards to the death in our family, Johnny W. with DWM may enjoy reading and posting all his life happenings on social media, we do not; we don't feel like we have to explain our personal life to our customers. With that being said, while we waited for DWM to get back with us for an agreement of payment we were booked up for the rest of the season, and we were not going to push other properties back to fit DWM's property in because they were ready to move forward when we had customers who were ready at the time. Indiana went through a rainy season this year that we haven't seen for some time, we tried working with DWM to get their property taken care of by the end of the season due to the late response with the go ahead from DWM to take care of their property, the weather and our company becoming booked out for the rest of the season. As far as emailing us daily, if it makes you feel better to tell yourself that, that is fine because our work does speak for itself and our ratings and reviews as well. We will not stoop to the unprofessional level you went to trying to make our company look bad. We stand behind our decision to not push our other customers back to fit DWM in and have no regrets for that decision.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our Asphalt Paving and Sealcoating is priced using square footage. All depends on the scope of job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Earn the customers trust, show them our honesty. Answer any questions they may have, give them references.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We attend the Paving and Sealcoating convention of America every year to learn and view new equipment and the latest materials available.
