He came to my house to fix my computer problem after an hour or so, he told me the program that should fix the problem was running and would take a couple of hours and he left. The fix did not work, so he told me he would come back and have it fixed. He works a day job, so I expected to see him back the next evening. Never heard from him so I emailed him. He responded that he was thinking about how to fix my problem and asked me to call him when I had a minute. So, I called him immediately. No answer. No return call. I emailed him back and told him to call me. No answer. I called two more times and left messages. No answer. No return call or email. I also emailed him two more times that night. To date, HE HAS NEVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME. HE WENT TOTALLY DARK! This was the ultimate in poor service. I had to find another IT guy to fix the problem. The good news is that I got exactly what I paid for - nothing.
