I have been training at Rich Ford's classes for 8 months. I have truly enjoyed each workout. You do both strength training as well as cardio. Each time you have different routines so you never get bored. Rich challenges when you need it but also gives alternative excersises to people that have sensitivity to some routines. Such as back, neck or shoulder problems. The class is for all ages and fitness levels. I have seen an improvement in my total body. He also has nutrition plans that can go along with your workout plan. I would highly recommend Rich Ford.
Bob is awesome. Looking for strength training, weight loss and lifestyle change. He is working in each aspect at my pace. Accountability is the best part. Twice a week we review nutrition and cardio. Then we do a strength training workout. Goal is to get off some medicines and improve health. 6 weeks in and glad I started.

Ryan kicks my ass in training!!! Although one of the most challenging full body work outs I've ever gotten, he always makes it fun and funny. He's got a great sense of humor but is very professional, punctual, and responsive to my needs as a trainee. Danny is awesome! I've been training with him for about a month and a half. It's challenging and fun. Danny is always most supportive. The best part is that he genuinely cares. I'm seeing results and I love that he personalizes the workout and nutrition. I highly recommend him!
I compete in a sport called canine agility and have goals that include being a National Finalist and competing at the International level. My own athletic ability and fitness play a huge roll in the success I have. I have worked with Johnathon for almost 2 years building skills and developing my athletic ability. He has designed a plan based on strength, conditioning and agility skills specific to my sport. Nick clearly communicated my strengths and weaknesses with me, and then appropriately tailored my programming go improve my lifts. For instance my knees naturally bow in and during heavy squats, my right knee rotates internally. He had me perform accessory work to activate those muscles and improve my squats. I couldn't back squat my body weight before and now I can back squat 20lbs. over my body weight. I've improved my snatch by 20lbs, my clean by 15lbs, and my jerk by 15lbs thanks to his programming from January to April this year. In addition, he is an incredibly friendly person and is easy to talk to.
My husband and I are well into our 2nd year of working with Eric to lead healthier and stronger lives. During that time I have gone from barely walking because of arthritis to being fairly active. My husband has made great strides in his strength and well being also. We are in our 70s and how we wish we had met Eric earlier. We were spiraling downward pretty fast when we began our journey with Eric. He urges us on and always helps us to appreciate even small changes in our strength. I have also painlessly lost 36# since I have been working with Eric. Someone actually motivated to lose weight could have easily lost twice as much. I have been training with Devon Needler for several months and couldn't be more pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and energy. I hope to continue in some fashion over the next few months and concentrate on weight loss as well. I'm sure Devon will continue to assist and motivate me in this endeavor as he has in strength training. Our son has really enjoyed working with Bruce. He has learned everything from breathing techniques and strength training to nutritional education and endurance skills. Only 8 weeks in and our son's soaring confidence and skill level have exceeded our expectations.
I started training with John on a weekly basis a little over a year ago. My purpose for doing this was that finding myself in my 40's with 2 growing children I realized that I needed to take better care of myself and improve my strength to handle the greater physical needs my children's games were requiring. During our weekly sessions John has consistently built my overall body strength. With his experience he has been able to modify my workout if I had incurred any injuries prior to out meeting. This includes working with a shoulder injury from a couple of years back. John knows how all the muscle groups interact which proves very beneficial. Now I may never look or want to look or have the time to look like John did when he was Mr. Florida 1984 but the wisdom, experience and ability he has accumulated from his years in the fitness training world can be matched by few in the Indianapolis area and it has proved to be very beneficial to me and my family. If you want to get in shape and you are not an expert around what is possible with all those machines in the gym you would be very well blessed to train with John.

I have had several strength training sessions with Chris and I have been impressed with both his knowledge of fitness and skill in working with me. He knows how to walk the fine line between pushing me to achieve greater than I thought I could do and yet not so much as to over do it. He is also extremely encouraging and positive minded--I have really benefitted from this as well. Overall, I am developing a renewed vision and optimism for what is possible.
For many years I ran to help maintain/lose weight. In 2011 I was diagnosed with several knee issues, some not able to be corrected by surgery. I went through 3 mos. of therapy just to walk again without pain. For three years I didn't do any exercise at all, frustrated that I couldn't run. I realized that I needed to do something since I was gaining weight and starting to develop obesity related health issues. Kris has been my personal trainer since January, 2014. He takes great interest in learning and understanding my medical problems, and helped me to design a program without causing additional strain on my knee. I have successfully been able to increase my strength, stamina, and balance while reducing my weight and losing inches. Ive increased my range of motion dramatically in my hip flexors. Ive done conditioning and weight training I never thought I could do without additional knee pain. But more importantly, my health issues are being managed without medication. Kris really cares for his clients. We are still working to reach long term goals and he's willing to go to extra lengths to care for his clients. Im grateful Kris has been my trainer. He listens to me, constantly checking to see how Im doing during the workout, and plans the workouts according to my ability, pushing me to achieve great results. Hes also supported me by providing nutritional information, and respects my wishes in what I view as a healthy approach for me. His encouragement and patience during workouts and throughout the week have been the support Ive needed to help me achieve my goals. Thanks Kris for believing in me and helping me achieve great results. Over 40lbs lost!!

We do small-group, semiprivate personal training for women only. Work out with up to three other women at a time, each working at her own pace under the guidance of a certified personal trainer, with 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of guided cardio. Add to that the nutritional guidance and accountability and you have the whole package.
