When you hire Hawk Tile, you hire not only a company, you hire a family business that cares about the work it does. The quality of work is unparalleled. Their work ethic is unquestionable. The attention to detail is worthy of praise. I have never worked with anyone in this capacity, who took it upon themselves to be my 'eyes and ears' on a jobsite where I couldn't always be present. Absolutely no worries in hiring these folks! You won't be disappointed!

They do great work. Tony and Tenamarie are true professionals in an age where that is a dying art. We've done three separate projects with them and each one turned out flawlessly. They are on my permanent list when it comes to tile work. Honest & trustworthy, what more could you ask for?

First met Tony and Tena Hawk a year ago during an in-home estimate to replace floor tile. They do great work at a reasonable price. Had Tony return 6 months later to do additional tile work in our kitchen. Tony is a master craftsman with a lot of ideas. Tena was also very helpful in negotiating with a local tile shop to get a better price on materials. I will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.

Where do I begin?! How about here: our original tile company bailed on us at the last minute, I'm 8 months pregnant, and our bathroom had been taken down to the studs so we were at a complete standstill. Can you say PANIC?! I hopped on Thumbtack (with tears in my eyes), praying for a miracle. And guess what? A MIRACLE IS EXACTLY WHAT I GOT. Tony immediately contacted us and was able to come out that same evening to provide a quote. He was personable and professional, and his wife was equally as wonderful. They provided the quote onsite and it was very reasonable so we approved...then waited for him to say "yeah I can't start for another month or so". WRONG! He was able to start THE NEXT DAY. See, like I said, MIRACLE. Our tile work was probably easy in his mind, but for me, it was very intricate and detailed (different types of tile for walls and flooring, design work with detailed layout of differing tiles, tub skirting, marble and travertine...etc. etc.) but it was no issue for him. It was honestly like watching an artist work since that's what Tony is: a true artist. He gave us suggestions along the way and really has an eye for detail. The project finished on time and we are beyond pleased. If you are EVER considering tile work, please please please consider (and choose) Tony of Hawk Tile. You will not be disappointed!!! Perfect job and we'll use him again and again. Thanks Tony -- you're the BEST!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set price list, no matter matter what the size of the job. We do not believe anyone should pay more because of where they live. If we can get a discount on your materials we pass that on to the consumer. Again we should all pay the same price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to set up a meeting to give an accurate quote. Than explain step by step what needs to be done. We like to than present a written quote with a complete outline of the scope of work to be performed. Understanding the materials is just as important so we offer to help with the tile selections.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience, products classes and many many jobs that you take knowledge from each and every one.
