Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: You WONT find anyone who can match my quality and price. For weddings, you only have one, so why not go with the best? That logic can be transcribed into ANY form of media. For years now I have been in love with the art of creating exceptional video. I take great pride in production value and attention to detail, ensuring EVERY shot is setup and filmed in the best possible way. It has been a huge passion for me for many years and it is hard to even consider it “work” at this point. I’ve said enough, take a look at my portfolio to be blown away.

We had a great experience with Carl as our wedding videographer ! He was so accommodating to everything we asked of him. He captured all the memorable, special details of the day and created a keepsake video that we will always treasure. His communication before and after the event was exceptional. We never had to follow up with him. He was very responsive and had our video completed at week after the wedding. He was more like a friend than a vendor. We would highly recommend Carl for any of your video needs. He is first class!!

Wedding and Event Videography

Working with Carl started out well initially, though he wasn't overly communicative, but that was okay. He showed up early to film our backyard wedding (thanks covid) and did a great job capturing the day. He then let us know that we should have video in a few weeks. That's where the problems began. We heard nothing for a few months and started asking, and then he kept pushing the date out months at a time. He wouldn't communicate in between, and we had to continue to reach out. We finally received our wedding video NINE months after our backyard wedding, which ruined our plan to send out the video to those who couldn't attend shortly after our wedding. Our wedding was rescheduled two months after this, so we decided to show it there. However, we only received a 3 minute clip he put together. This clip was well done, but we also wanted the raw footage so that we could show our whole ceremony (as was the original plan). After more nagging we eventually got it, but in a format that we were unable to use. We tried many avenues to convert it to a usable format, and none worked. So, for our wedding we were only able to show a 3 minute clip and not the full ceremony. Overall, I think Carl does have talent in videography, but lacks the communication and professionalism skills necessary for these jobs.

Don’t know where to begin! Carl was awesome to work with for our wedding. Incredibly flexible and hard working. He was non stop the entire day. Phenomenal personality. Worked extremely well with our photographer. We cannot wait to see the finished product. I would highly recommend him!!!!! Thanks Carl!!! - Cory & Sydney

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I always start off with some sort of communication to get the ball rolling. Whether it be text, email, phone call, or meeting up. I ask what they're looking to get out of it and usually bounce off ideas with one another for a good amount of time in our first interaction. I always ask to stay in touch frequently and send an examples of what they're looking for or are thinking of. This helps us ease into the shoot day and capture exactly what we need with no errors or wasted time.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been creating videos since I was in high school! I took classes for 5 years and was a TCOM major at ball State university with a focus on Digital Video Production. To this day, I still chose to learn more everyday on the internet picking up on new techniques, shooting styles, etc.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

It's actually a pretty funny story. I was 11 and my father had come home one day from work with a new camera. For the love of me I couldn't understand why it was so interesting to me, but it was. What made it worse was my dad looked me in my eyes as he sat it on the counter and said "Carl, do NOT touch this!". Being an eleven year old kid, that only made the anticipation worse. He would hide the camera in his closet on the highest shelf, making sure I couldn't reach. So on the first day of winter break I climbed up on a chair and reached for the camera. It was hidden under a few sweaters. I looked very carefully at how It was placed, because if I didn't put it back in the exact spot I would be grounded for a very long time. I think that's where I started developing my attention to detail. Long story short, I used the camera everyday of winter vacation and made a cool
