I tried to work with Phillip for over 2 months. 2 weeks ago he "gave me his word" that he would show to complete the project. No show, no call, no text, just silence. Saying he has poor communication is an understatement. You need to show up to do the work. He did not respond to phone calls or texts. He uses the Thumbtack message board to communicate which is not effective. I don't think he knows how to use a phone... I would not waste your time with Phillip. If I could get away with no stars for the rating, there would be none. This experience lasted for 3-4 weeks.May 23, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially we meet, I would initiate a conversation of their needs, we would come up with an affordable cost to fit their budget and discuss details regarding the work to be performed, schedule a time to complete, complete it in a fashionable pre-discussed timeframe, and complete work, and then enter a payment phase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Ofcourse, for instance, we use the most up-to-date shingles on all our jobs unless requested otherwise, which believe it or not, does happen on occasion. We also use the newest synthetic underlayment on all of our roofing jobs.
