La-Tisha is great! She is the perfect combination of someone who tailors the lessons to my skill level, while also pushing me to become better. In group yoga classes I was so busy trying to keep up that I was not doing the poses correctly or getting the full benefit of my practice. I have become so much stronger, flexible, and in-tune with my body since working with her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
