I have struggled for years to get the results that I wanted and needed. After trying a handful of different diets, and countless hours of sweaty cardio work, nothing seemed to drop the fat off. I started training with Dustin 7 months ago, and right away I was noticing a difference. I could tell a difference in the way my clothes were fitting even though the scale was hardly moving. After losing 22lbs, and decreasing my body fat from 34 percent to 22 percent, I have never felt better!
