Introduction: I am a self-taught chef who focuses on the importance of quality food. I cook with organic (local when possible) ingredients and use healthy and natural cooking oils and seasonings. Currently, my experience includes 2 years of cooking dinner for my boyfriend and myself, as well as the occasional date night meal for friends and family. I am looking to gain experience in cooking as my main source of compensation. I am a licensed bartender and have 4 years of experience crafting cocktails.
