Initial Introduction to allow the customer become comfortable with the technician. We don't barge in on anyone, we treat our customers with respect. Our goal is to provide plumbing services to the public in a professional manner at reasonable prices. After a short introduction it's customary to discuss the details of work to be executed. The service tech will review the work order with the customer to make sure everything is correct and we are in agreement of the work to be done and the guaranteed price to be paid once the work has been completed. Once everyone is comfortable we typically ask to be shown the location the work is to be done and the best possible access route for tools and materials to be brought in as applicable. Once the work area has been identified protective coverings are placed on flooring/walls/ceilings as necessary.
