Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My engineering background allows me to explain the science behind the problems I find in a home. It also allows me to deliver a report that is not only very detailed, but also easy to understand. I enjoy the diversity and new challenges every home provides. Every home is unique. I also enjoy meeting new people everyday and helping them through the most nerve-racking part of the home buying process.

Joe was courteous, knowledgable & provided a prompt inspection report. The report was very detailed and Joe did a great job explaining what he found along the way.

Joe was on time and there before I showed up. He was very professional and full of knowledge and took his time. He was very affordable and his talents and expertise were worth more than he charged. He gladly let me shadow him and showed me the ins and outs. Joe was also on the radio giving great advise and it so happened that the famous Joe that was on the radio ended up being my home inspector. I recommend Joe to every home buyer.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. I also have extensive training in all aspects of home inspections and hands-on construction experience.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the inspector you are considering hiring has YOUR best interests in mind. Unfortunately, there are some inspectors who think they work for their pet real estate agents and don't want to "kill the deal".
