FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally out reach to every customer. I try my best to work with future customers to help them solve their electrical issues before I attempt to give a quote for services. Then if the issue is not resolved by phone, myself or one of my electricians will make a service call and trouble shoot the issue. Once the issue is identified, we discuss the problem and all viable solutions to the problem at a fair cost. The worst thing to me, is a provider that over charges a customer for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated a US Dept. of Labor 4 year Electrician Apprenticeship with over 8,000 hours of training and hands on experience in 2000. 30 hour OSHA Safety Coarse. Certified Universial Technician with Esco Instatute 2003. Licensed Electrician 2000. Licensed Electrical Contractor 2003: -Industrial -Commercial -Residential
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your Electrical Contractor or Electrician is licensed, insured and bonded. If not and there is a possibility that if a loss happens, your insurance may not cover said loss.
