FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
that my pricing is fair and based off of what my experience is. I do know my worth, but at the same time I'm not greedy or unrealistic. some of my projects are an hourly rate, while others are piece rate and or project based.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
meeting, talking, getting to know, going through ideas. making sure the customer knows exactly what they want and what will go on. once I start working I will give an update on the project ever so often so they can see a step by step build, I ask questions about the job and details periodically just to make sure we are on the same page and they're going to be pleased and feel like that had a good choice and part of what went on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school, and I also went to college for electrical. but I didn't get to build enough with my hands, so I didn't persue a career in that field, I've worked in residential and commercial construction for 8 years, and my main speciality are baths, kitchen, shower doors, and multi family living. I've lead many projects in the state of Indiana including 360 market square, market east, which are downtown Indy. I've worked on the hub, and hub plus on campus in Lafayette and a few others.
