"I have been training at Rich Ford's classes for 8 months. I have truly enjoyed each workout. You do both strength training as well as cardio. Each time you have different routines so you never get bored. Rich challenges when you need it but also gives alternative excersises to people that have sensitivity to some routines. Such as back, neck or shoulder problems. The class is for all ages and fitness levels. I have seen an improvement in my total body. He also has nutrition plans that can go along with your workout plan. I would highly recommend Rich Ford. "
