Bob has set the gold standard for customer service! I asked him to recover data from an external hard drive that had failed and an old lap top. He was able to recover the data and even offered to attempt putting a new hard drive into the lap top to get it up and running.
Furthermore, he was willing to travel to meet me and get the drives, and his prices were MUCH better than the large data recovery companies. I would definitely contact Bob and Hightower Computers for any future computer problem I may have!

Professionalism and customer service are the key words that describe my experience with Hightower Computers. My need was data extraction from a failed USB thumb drive, not only was the data successfully extracted and transferred to a new drive, the service was completed in one hour! If I could give Bob 10 stars I certainly would and highly recommends his service.
