- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35.00 for the two days we are together. I'm committing to you two hours a week. Plus the different nutrition and, fitness routines that you recieve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend day one evaluating where you are physically and where you want to get to. I then spend two days a week for an hour training, giving them their nutrition plan and, workouts when they are not training with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in martial arts, and been a fitness instructor since 1991. I got certified in 2012. I was taught lifting techniques from a power lifter and a bodybuilder, then studied on my own with kettlebell, and body weight exercises.
