I had rental property that the tenants had not maintained for two years. It required every kind of intervention you could imagine. Pruning limbs, raking leaves, over-seeding grass, mulching, trimming overgrown bushes, removing debris, and mowing an inclined yard that backed to a lake. Other providers I had called were not interested because their equipment cost too much to mow an unmaintained yard or go near the lake where it may be wet!! Unbelievable.
Dad and Sons came to give me an estimate and started working during that same visit. They get five stars from me in every category: customer service, communication skills, start and finish time frame, understanding what needed to be done and how to do it, doing what they said they'd do, quality of work, payment options, and price.
I would recommend them for any lawn service project and I will use them again.

I'm very pleased with the job Shawn and his sons did for me. They exceeded my expectations and at a very reasonable and fair price. Exactly what he quoted me and did the job when he promised he would. I would recommend them with high praise. I had a couple large limbs from 2 separate trees split above a storage building and a fence. They removed them and hauled it all off with zero damage to either the fence or building. Shawn was very honest, friendly and professional. I received 5 star service and could not be happier.

They did an excellent job! The yard looks better than it has in years! The work was completed quickly in the very short time frame I had to work with, and it was very professionally done. Highly recommend!

Very fast and thorough. Did everything I needed done and took care of some extras things I wanted done for a reasonable price. I'm going to have them do my regular lawn maintenance too.
