- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is a begining meet and greet followed by an overview of the project. A formal estimate is provided and terms agreed upon and a starting date is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my painting experience as an apprentice during summers back from college. After my appreciatship I began painting full time and soon after started Bendix Pro-Painters. I continually keep up to date with new techniques and produsts though vendors and industry trade outlets.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers both in the residential and commercial sectors. We specialize in dealing with customers in the Northwest Indiana and Southwestern Michigan beach communities.
