- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we send a quote we love the opportunity to speak to potential customers via phone or email. This helps is build a repoire.This way we can learn exactly what the customer is wanting to achieve and how we can help achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef John has over 30 years as an executive chef in the Michiana area. He was the executive chef for 25 years at Mishawaka's own Pat's Colonial Pub (Maury's Pat's Pub). Natalie was a server for 16 years at Pat's Colonial Pub. She has over 22 years in the hospitality industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with private individuals, Notre Dame coaches and departments, athletes and people wanting to eat healthy at home and work.
