- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do a phone or in-person consult with my client before beginning a project. I like to get a feel for needs and expectations before I begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in curriculum design, assessment, and instruction and Bachelor of Arts work in French and French instruction. I am fluent in French. I have been teaching at the high school level for 23 years and at the college level in an adjunct position for 3 years. Editing in English and editing/translation in the French level are my strengths. I can also provide resume services.
