- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our structure is pretty simple. There is a cost to run a company. That cost has direct costs (costs of directly making that product) and indirect costs (cost that help you get the business, but do not make the products). We calculate the material cost and labor cost (direct labor) to get a hard cost of the project. We add a margin to the cost. Within the margin is a cost to cover indirect labor and profit. The result is the sell price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes - we routinely attend tradeshows and events where the latest equipment and techniques are showcased. Additionally, we attend classes related to technology developments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love building things. When you do what you love, you never have to work a day in your life.
