Tim did an outstanding job on both of my dogs with one being very difficult (attitude). He handled them with care and the value and convenience is unmatched! I highly highly recommend him and encourage anyone to get him scheduled.

Late to our appointment. Arrived 45 minutes from original time. When I cancelled he arrived within 5 minutes and sent me a nasty message demanding to be paid or take me to court. He then came up to my door and started ringing the bell. I did pay his fee and he continued to text me messages. His vehicle looked unprofessional and dirty. I would never allow my dog to be groomed by someone so aggressive when angry.
