Introduction: I have cleaned many apartments/homes (move in/move out) over the past 5+ years. I am focusing on pet and house sitting at this time. I love animals and believe that they are most comfortable in their own homes when the owners are away. I provide updates and pictures while sitting. I am willing to drop in or stay overnight. I am willing to collect mail, take out trash, water plants, etc. and always leave the home clean when the sitting is completed. I am very trustworthy, dependable and flexible. I am a hard-working single mom of three. I do have a healthcare job, but don't work every day. My daughter Katie is available to stop in when I might be working. This is a great option so that pets aren't alone for extended periods of time. She just has completed high school and works at a dog daycare facility. She is trustworthy and has dependable transportation. References available upon request.

Lisa was great! She did a wonderful job taking care of our pets, and she went above and beyond what we asked of her. She even texted me pictures of our pets every day. We will definitely contact Lisa again for future pet-sitting needs.

I am so pleased that I came across Lisa and went with my gut feeling that she would not disappoint. I hired her to clean my new home prior to move in and it's like she brought the house back to life. She went above and beyond. The door to the garage had been dirty and dingy and I didn't think it could be fixed short of paint. Lisa had that door looking brand new. This was a complicated job. I hired Lisa to clean an older neighbor's house that needed a deep, deep clean. Lisa dealt with me as well as the homeowner AND the real estate agent. She was professional with all of us, but more importantly she made the home show-worthy! Her pricing was reasonable as well. I will hire her again without a doubt.

I quote based on a daily rate for house or pet sitting/walking and a total rate rather than hourly rate for cleaning. Each quote is based on details provided by the potential customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am hired, I communicate with each customer through the thumbtack app or by text. Some customers prefer meeting me in person prior to completing a job. I am glad to accommodate any request.
