Started using Jack at Momentum Personal Training over 2 months ago. I've seen significant results! My breathing, heart rate, body fat and number of continuous push-ups have all improved over baseline. He mixes up the workouts so I never get bored and challenges me to keep pushing my limits. This is the best lifestyle change that I've made in awhile! You should make the change too!

When I initially began my search for a personal trainer I wasn't really sure what I wanted. I just knew I needed to make a change. Jack reached out to me after I created a post on Thumbtack looking for trainers in my area. He was very up front about his background and expertise, which is something I value in a professional trainer. We had an initial appointment to discuss my options and he was willing to work with my schedule as well as offer affordable payments. Jack has given me numerous tools to be successful on this weight loss journey. We started with a guide for better eating, which has been a fantastic improvement in my life, because I knew I needed to eat healthier, but I wasn't sure what foods would ultimately be best for me. Currently, we train together two days a week, and Jack provides me with workouts and training guidelines to be successful outside of our sessions. I am usually able to get to the gym 3-4 times during the days we don't train, which has been a fantastic change in my lifestyle. I used to be afraid to go to the gym by myself, because I had no clue what I was doing. I feel like I have a great foundation now, which has ultimately provided me with the internal motivation to lead a healthier lifestyle. Overall, the beginning of this journey has been a fantastic experience. I'm able to do more physically than I ever have before, and I'm motivated to put in the time and effort to be able to do so. The sessions are difficult, but I always feel encouraged by Jack to push myself harder and I never feel uncomfortable doing it. With Jack's help, I've managed to lose about 20 lbs in almost two months, which is something I didn't even think was possible. I could barely do a push up when we started, and I'm lifting weights and running miles at a time now. I'm looking forward to continue working with Jack to see the progress I'll make in a few more months.

Jack is very talented and an excellent personal trainer and knows how to get the best results out of you. He keeps introducing new ways which makes it fun and not monotonous. He also helps in providing balanced diet recommendations which goes a life long. I would always recommend him.

We are still working out together and training is going well. Jack is pretty laid back in general but somehow still manages to get the most of you. 4 more weeks to go and I'll probably keep going from there.

I have been working with Jack for just 4 weeks (3 times a week) and have already seen improvement in my strength and endurance. Jack helps me stay focused and positive. Jack stays in contact via text between sessions to make sure I am eating right and staying appropriately active. Jack is always professional and a nice guy...a winning combination! I am looking forward to continuing to work with Jack to transform my body into a healthier, happier version of me.
