I trained with Kaleb for about three months, and I can honestly say I've never had more effective workouts. I dropped a significantly noticeable amount of body fat (I don't measure, for my own sanity) and didn't even have to go near any cardio equipment. Kaleb found the perfect balance between pushing me beyond my limits while being encouraging and keeping me from feeling defeated. After every session, I was exhausted enough to know I did work, but was still excited for the next time. I started training with Kaleb 6 weeks ago, started out weighing in at 145 and after our 6 week program I now weigh 160 and have chiseled muscles! First time I've ever felt really confident about my muscle size and I owe it all to Kaleb. Without his motivation and drive to keep me in the gym I would've never reached this fitness level alone! Amazing trainer! Always motivated and ready to work. Yates has helped me lose 60 lbs so I could join the service (navy). He helped bring me from barely being able to finish a mile to running an 8 minute mile. All this in just around 5 months. Very professional, friendly, and he will push you to your limits but not break you! I also never experienced any problems with Yates that I have had with a few other trainers I had tried to work with before him.losing my weight wasn't easy by any means but I don't think I could have done it without his help. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Taking Muscle Activation Technique classes. Always reading new articles to stay up on the latest topics.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I love doing group fitness (military style training) also, I enjoy the one on one interaction I get with my clients.
