Kaleb helped me both mentally and physically. Even though I'm an Exercise Science major and trainer myself I found myself in a rut and went to him for help. I told him I wanted to prepare for the Air force and he put me through the most intense training I've ever been through. Although he pushed me harder than I've ever been pushed before he taught me a lot about myself. Through him I learned how to overcome my fears and become a better stronger person. I had a bad ankle, bad back and horrible reflexes. Both are ten times better than they were before working with him. Kaleb always goes above and beyond expectations for his clients. He pushes them to their limits but knows when they need encouragement and positive reinforcement. He was always on time and had a plan of action for each session. Unfortunately I no longer train with him due to distance, but I will definitely use what he taught me as well as contact him for advice. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a compassionate, knowledgeable and intense trainer.

Amazing trainer! Always motivated and ready to work. Yates has helped me lose 60 lbs so I could join the service (navy). He helped bring me from barely being able to finish a mile to running an 8 minute mile. All this in just around 5 months. Very professional, friendly, and he will push you to your limits but not break you! I also never experienced any problems with Yates that I have had with a few other trainers I had tried to work with before him.losing my weight wasn't easy by any means but I don't think I could have done it without his help. Can't go wrong here, I'd recommend this guy to anyone

I started training with Kaleb 6 weeks ago, started out weighing in at 145 and after our 6 week program I now weigh 160 and have chiseled muscles! First time I've ever felt really confident about my muscle size and I owe it all to Kaleb. Without his motivation and drive to keep me in the gym I would've never reached this fitness level alone! Owe my body transformation to him and his intensive workout regiment.

I trained with Kaleb for about three months, and I can honestly say I've never had more effective workouts. I dropped a significantly noticeable amount of body fat (I don't measure, for my own sanity) and didn't even have to go near any cardio equipment. Kaleb found the perfect balance between pushing me beyond my limits while being encouraging and keeping me from feeling defeated. After every session, I was exhausted enough to know I did work, but was still excited for the next time. I not only looked better and dropped dress sizes, but I FELT better - more energy, more stamina, and better mentality.
