What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We are fully prepared walking into an estimate on the majority of the pricing. When we include the material pricing, we are able to turn over an estimate very quickly because of this.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with our customers over the phone and obtain valuable information about the current condition of the roof and as many details as possible so that we are prepared when we meet with the client face-to-face. We then discuss preliminary possibilities and put together an estimate based off of the clients needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified roof specialist through the CertainTeed roofing program.
