We always try to use high quality material, most of plumbing products are bought from plumbing supply houses ( not big box stores). I've been a plumber since I graduated high school. I had to go to 4 years of trade school to obtain plumbing contractors license. Plumbing is challenging, which I like.

After a water heater disaster and already paying a well known plumbing company 300 dollars to not repair our water heater, my husband and I were not happy about paying another plumber with high rates for little work. We finally decided to give it another try. He responded quickly and was VERY reasonably priced in comparison to some abnoxious quotes we received. He showed up quickly and got the job done in a very timely manner. Will definitely keep his business card handy!
