Introduction: I have been training small groups and individuals since 2011. I am certified through NASM and for the past 8 years I have been in the fitness industry, studying/researching what works. When training with me, you will receive a personalized workout developed to meet your fitness goals. I will provide for you a road map to reach those goals but you will ultimately be the one responsible in getting there. I will motivate and help you along the way. No matter what your goal is we will get there together. Expect to work hard but also have fun.

Jason is amazing! This is coming from someone who has tried EVERY type of fitness class/workout available. I usually always lose interest after the first month or so, but I have been working out with Jason for 3 years now. The thing I love about Jason is his great attitude and how comfortable he makes me feel when working out. His workouts are tough, but he doesn't act like a drill sergeant. Whenever I complain about the workouts he will smile and let me run my mouth, then politely wait for me to complete the workout anyways :). He is the perfect mixture of a tough trainer with a soft edge. He switches it up every day and I am always learning something new. I look forward to working out with him every time because he makes working out fun, and the results are incredible. Not only do I look better, but I feel better. I never realized just how much my lack of workout/poor eating was taking a toll on my body. I will never go back to the old me.

My husband and I trained together with Jason this summer. It was a great workout for the both of us. He pushed us each week to try new and creative exercises that strengthen our core, legs and arms. His easygoing demeanor and strong unwavering work ethic kept us motivated each and every week. He intentionally created workouts that balanced our personal strengths and needs. I love to run so Jason would add a cardio component to the workout to keep me motivated while also including upper strength training knowing my arms needed a workout, too! I HIGHLY recommend Jason as personal trainer especially for couples and new beginners who need that supportive and consistent coaching style. He’s the best!!

Of all of the personal trainers that I've had, Jason has been the only one that hasn't annoyed me by constantly checking his phone or allowing his focus to go to other matters. He was able to push me enough to have wonderful results (25lbs lost) and change up the routine enough that I didn't have burn out. He is a master of walking the fine line between, 'you can do 5 more' and 'you'll kill me if I have you do one more'. Not only is he a great trainer, he is a wonderful person who will go out of his way to try and accommodate the needs of his clients. I would recommend Jason to anyone interested in finding a personal trainer.

I hadn't worked out since college and wanted to get back into shape. I was encouraged by friends to contact Jason and I'm so happy I did. Jason is a great trainer and a very kind person. He truly cares about his clients and works hard to help them achieve their individual fitness goals. Jason definitely helped me achieve my goals!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My prices are $35 for 30 minutes, $45 for 45 minutes, and $55 for an hour for individual sessions. If multiple sessions are purchased at one time then a discount will be provided depending on how many sessions are purchased.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically I will with the new client for about an hour at the facility. During this hour I provide a quick tour of the studio, after which we will have a sit down session. During the sit down session we will talk about your fitness goals, any medical issues, and go over your daily habits. After that I provide a body composition and fitness assessment to see what our beginning numbers are. Should there be time remaining we will do a quick sample workout geared towards your fitness goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been certified through NASM for almost 10 years now. I have a Corrective Exercise specialization through them, as well as Youth Exercise specialization. Along with other continuing education courses for SAQ, bodybuilding, strength training, and cardio training.
