- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are $35 for 30 minutes, $45 for 45 minutes, and $55 for an hour for individual sessions. If multiple sessions are purchased at one time then a discount will be provided depending on how many sessions are purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will with the new client for about an hour at the facility. During this hour I provide a quick tour of the studio, after which we will have a sit down session. During the sit down session we will talk about your fitness goals, any medical issues, and go over your daily habits. After that I provide a body composition and fitness assessment to see what our beginning numbers are. Should there be time remaining we will do a quick sample workout geared towards your fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified through NASM for almost 10 years now. I have a Corrective Exercise specialization through them, as well as Youth Exercise specialization. Along with other continuing education courses for SAQ, bodybuilding, strength training, and cardio training.
