Our personal instruction sessions are designed specifically to meet the individual needs and goals of each athlete. Our individual workouts focus on footwork, shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, layups, floaters, triple threat, pick and roll work, one-on-one moves, conditioning, and performance training (speed, strength, agility, and quickness).
