It's been wonderful collaborating with Jesus since our very first conversation. Our venue contained multiple and varying low-light environments. Also, we encountered the Sept 2017 Chicago heatwave and our venue was quite hot. JAG Photography took amazing pictures and captured the essence of our group even under such conditions. They did a great job documenting moments many of us would've missed. As a diverse community of the Lane Tech Class of 1987, I can't tell you how happy we are to have selected JAG Photography. When we need photographic expertise in the future, there's only one number we intend to call, JAG Photography.Oct 1, 2017VerifiedJesse G.'s reply
Dominic we thank you for entrusting us with your special event. While lighting and heat was a challenge we tend to not look at obstacles as challenges that need to be over come to our clients receive the best photos possible. One of the reason we try to always arrive early to make necessary adjustments to venue.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually have a set price for services client wants. Anything above the signed agreement has to be discussed. Example did a wedding they hired me for 6 hours decided they need me for 2 additional hours we negotiated additional cost right then and there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My usual process is payment day of services, I accept cash, checks or credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?It started young for me initially self taught, then went off into Navy and we shot surveillance photos from the air. I attended Indiana University and took photo classes that taught me the challenges of lighting. I continue to learn online and read.
