As a more "mature" women, I was looking for a way to strengthen my body as well as improve balance. Especially with Covid I was really neglecting myself. Anti-Diet Yoga was a perfect way to start taking care of myself again. The instructor encourages participants to use props to help reach the floor or to maintain balance. I love that she teaches you to listen to your body, that whatever movement you can do is FINE. She encourages you to be gentle with yourself and have fun! She is always willing to answer questions. I find the monthly fee for virtual classes to be a great value and an investment in myself!

Joining Breanne's anti-diet yoga classes has changed my approach to yoga completely. I went from dreading going to classes and doing them as an "obligation", to learning how to just be in the moment and observe my body without judgement or expectation. Breanne is not only a great teacher with a calming presence, she's also a very approachable and genuinely lovely person.
