Introduction: I have a very unique background when compared to others in my field. I created my major in Sustainable Food Business from Indiana University which provided me with knowledge of gardening and the effects restaurants have on society and the environment. I also have worked abroad in the Caribbean Islands and specialize in Caribbean and African foods.
I really enjoying getting to know my clients and being able to provide them with a unique service.

Ricca was very helpful for our dinner for 20 people. She was there through the whole process: planning meal, coordinating with my colors/place settings, preparation of meal, serving and clean up. We will use her again.
