- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is form of contact phone, email, text etc. Followed by meeting with customer to discuss project or projects that the customer may have and an estimate will be given to the customer. Then the project or projects will be performed to the customers satisfaction. Some bigger projects installations reworks or add-on will receive an addition follow up or meeting with the homeowner to educate on new installation or talk about what was done in the project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service technicians are highly trained and educated in all aspects of the irrigation industry. They are constantly being educated on the new water saving technology that the industry has to offer.
