Nathan is fantastic. I've been working with him for about a month, and I'm super happy. I have a background in sports and am familiar with the things I need to do to stay fit, but after foot surgery, I gained a lot of weight and struggled to get back to where I was because I couldn't be as active as before. I additionally recently got diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia. Most would probably be daunted by the challenge, but Nathan has graciously taken it in stride. Nathan has been instrumental in helping me to understand the importance of my diet in losing weight and keeping my condition at bay. This is life-changing for me, and it's making me feel like I'm going to be alright. I'm already down 8 pounds just by changing what I eat in a natural, healthy, easy-to-manage way, and I feel amazing. He is also easing me back into exercise, all the while reminding me to take it easy and remember that I'm still healing and shouldn't jump in full-throttle as I'm prone to do. :) This guy knows what he's doing! Great Trainer - very motivating and encouraging!
Almost a month of training and lost almost 10 pounds, his mantra of "fitness for the body mind and soul" gets me going even on days I feel down or I wan to give up. He is fun, always challenging me but at the same time understanding my weaknesses.
I've been an avid runner for years and started body sculpt to strengthen my core. Within a year of following Liz' workouts, I took 9 minutes off of my best marathon time and qualified for Boston- 2 age groups below mine. Liz provides great direction and works all muscle groups. She also recognizes the varying degrees of participants' capabilities and provides alternatives to meet differing levels. Not only have I improved my marathon times, I also no longer suffer from lower back pain. While the classes are challenging, I love them and strongly recommend Liz and her classes to anyone- no matter what their current degree of fitness.

Adam is very easy to work with and very motivating! He creates individualized plans for which he checks in with you regularly to see how you feel. He pushes you to to do things that you didn't think you were able to do, but also things that are appropriate for your body and your personal goals. Adam is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness and I would recommend him if you are looking to get on the path to a fit lifestyle!
