I first starting going to David's Hands when I began my 3 year Master of Counseling Program. We were required to create a wellness plan on how we would take care of ourselves while we were in school, working and raising families. I put a monthly massage on my wellness plan. It was one of the best decisions I have made for my own self care. David is an excellent massage therapist. He understands the body and can find the spots that need tender care when you are not even aware they were tight. David is easy to talk to and very kind. He is comfortable talking if you want to or staying quiet if you just want to relax and not talk. He has big hands and moderates the amount of pressure that is right for the individual. During my time going to see David I suffered a bulging disc in my lower back which led to extreme pain in my thigh. He knew it was connected to my psoas muscle and worked the muscle deep under my hip bone. I went to physical therapy for 6 weeks and continued with my monthly massages. I credit David with helping in my recovery as much as, if not more than, the physical therapy. David ends each session with a blessing. He really cares about his clients. You leave feeling relaxed, peaceful and cared for as a unique individual. I highly recommend David's Hands.
It was my first time with Danna, I went for a full body massage. Really helped relieve my stress.
I have received massage bodywork from John for several years...5 years or more. John is very caring and attentive to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. Each session I felt relaxed and wonderful. He is one of the best!
I have degenerative discs and spinal stenosis. Massage therapy from Javier has been a big part of me being able to avoid steroid injections and spinal surgery. He has treated my daughter for tmj and jaw grinding which helped us avoid a very costly mouth guard. Massage therapy from Javier is worth every penny.
Martha at Caring Connection is very intuitive in her approach. She tailors her bodywork to each individual. She has so many different techniques that she combines to create a gentle yet effective result. It is obvious that Martha cares very much about helping me and helping my body to heal. The massage therapy room is cozy, the massage table is very comfy (and heated). She's approachable, friendly, caring and professional. I highly recommend her!
Kim Stutz at Body, Mind, and Soul is the best massage therapist I have used. I have a lot of knots in my back and shoulders and when I leave I feel like a whole new person. Her studio is very nice and calming, providing a comfortable space to fee relaxed in. Highly recommend to anyone!
