As an independent event planner, my goal is to encourage your participation while minimizing your stress. I have been a corporate meeting planner, banquet manager, and wedding planner for over 20 years. My knowledge of the South Bend, IN and surrounding areas, and its venues and vendors, allow me the option of tailoring your event with your wants, needs, and budget. I have coordinated events as far away as South Carolina, so travel is available for each individual situation. Planned and executed a destination wedding in the Hilton Head area. Handled everything from decorations to guest travel arrangements, starting with a customized website to keep all the guests informed. Since it was out of town, the event was actually 3 days, starting with an open house, then the wedding day, then a New's Year Eve party for the out-0f-towners. She always went above and beyond and pulled off everything without a hitch. I highly recommend her to plan every single detail of your event. She's really exceptional and loves what she does!

Karen was absolutely wonderful in helping our daughter plan her dream wedding. With our daughter living hundreds of miles away from the church and hall, I was nervous. Karen was there every step of the way to help things turn out beautifully. She even made bows for the church and had her son cut wood and make a decorative coordinating cupcake tier stand. She did some of our running around to vendors, calling and emailing them to answer our questions and coordinate our venue, and took care of so many details to ease our work and minds. My daughter said that she hired Karen to help with the day of the wedding, so her price was reasonable, but what Karen ended up doing was far beyond that agreement. Our daughter's wedding and reception went very smoothly and was fabulous, and we are so grateful to Karen Williams.

We hired Karen as our Day of Coordinator; however, she also helped us the month or so before the wedding by following up with vendors and helping us organize our decor. We had a lot of decor that needed to be set up for our wedding. She organized everything and set it up exactly as we had envisioned. Very organized and professional!

Karen did exactly what I needed her to do, keep me on time and within my budget and made it look amazing! She had ideas I never even would have thought of that were big hits with the guests, and I could not have asked for a more beautiful wedding and reception. She did a wonderful job and we were beyond happy with the end result. Thank you!!!
