I never got the pleasure to taste any of Pj's amazing food. Why do I call it amazing then? Well if you've ever seen it, it's got to be some of the most beautifully displayed food that I've ever seen. I try to cook my own food but I tend to wrap myself more around the looks and diplay. Presentation also plays a huge role when it comes to being a chef. I want to be so moved by the presentation of food that I can practically taste it. And Pj does just that! Her work is beautifully created with her one-of-a-kind charm. She has a down to earth, old, artful soul that draws you in. Keep it up Love!
